How do I get a parking permit?

First thing you need to know is that it is all DIGITAL! You don’t get a “thing” to put on your dash! Everything is linked to your vehicle license plate number. You need one permit for your vehicle and one for your tow behind trailer. You also need your vehicle make (e.g. Honda), Model, color.

Daily/Hourly Parking

Kiosks are available in some lots, please avoid using them – then tend to mal-function and you are left with no opt

Download the AMP app for the most convenient way to park on campus! Scan the QR code below to get started!  If you do not want to download an app, you may also pay via the AMP website.

You can also purchase a parking permit from the Brelsford WSU Visitor Center located at 150 E Spring Street, in downtown Pullman between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, or online at parking.wsu.edu.  Once there, click on Visitor Permits for Friday Parking , then for Saturday click on Event Permits. Saturday is $10.

You can also purchase a perrmit from WSU Parking and Transportation Services at 1040 NE Colorado Street, on the Pullman Campus.

If you see this signage, you are required to have a State placard or license plate PLUS a visitor parking permit. You can purchase the most inexpensive permit per day ($2.50 per day), but you have to have it to park in these marked places. Some spaces have the standard Disability Parking signage and do not show WSU. Those spots can be used with only a State Disability Permit. Street-side hourly parking locations, like along Cougar Way and along Wilson Road, only require a disability permit to park.
